The cover is the first thing to wear out on a carport.
The steel frame lasts for years. The tarp takes the sun, rain, wind and snow. After two or three seasons, it fades, cracks and rips. But the frame underneath is still good.
- ▪ UV rays break down the fabric. Polyethylene tarps fade and become brittle after prolonged sun exposure. What was flexible starts to crack and tear.
- ▪ Rain and snow add weight. Water pooling on the tarp stretches it. Wet snow sits on top all winter and pulls the seams loose.
- ▪ Wind whips it against the frame. A loose cover flaps in the wind. The grommets tear out, the corners rip, and you are fixing it every storm.
- ▪ A replacement cover brings the carport back. The frame is fine. Swap the old tarp for a new one and the whole shelter looks and works like new.

A replacement tarp that fits your existing frame.
Measure your frame, order the matching cover, stretch it over, tie it down. The frame stays, the tarp renews.

Heavy-weight tarpaulin, not the thin 120g stuff that tears in a season. UV stabilized for outdoor use.
Water beads and rolls off. No more leaks through the roof onto your car or boat.
Corners are doubled over and stitched. Metal grommets every few feet along the edge for tie-down cords.
Cut to fit standard 10×20 ft carport and portable garage frames. Measure before ordering to confirm.
Tarp that sheds water, holds its shape.
The fabric is the product. Everything else is stitching and grommets.

- ▪ Laminated both sides. The PE tarp is laminated on both sides, not just one. Rain does not soak through from either direction.
- ▪ Rust-resistant grommets. Aluminum grommets along all edges. They do not rust, they do not pull out under tension.
- ▪ Heat-sealed seams. Seams are heat welded, not sewn. Sewn seams leak; welded seams do not.
- ▪ Flexible in cold weather. The tarp stays flexible in winter. It does not crack when you roll it up or stretch it on a cold day.
Two people, thirty minutes.
Take the old cover off, unfold the new one, stretch it over the frame, and tie it down. No tools, no expertise.
Untie the old cords, take down the torn tarp. Clean the frame rails and check for sharp edges that could cut the new cover.
Lay the new cover on top of the frame, centered. Unfold it so it drapes evenly on all four sides.
Pull the corners tight. Align the edges with the frame rails. Make sure the cover is square, not twisted.
Thread the included bungee cords or ropes through the grommets and tie them to the frame. Tighten evenly so the cover is taut.

What it fits, and what it does not.
It is a replacement roof cover for standard 10×20 ft carports. Not a sidewall, not a full enclosure.

Four rules that keep the new cover lasting years.
A new tarp lasts as long as the installation and the care you give it.
- ▪ Tighten the tie-downs after a week. New fabric stretches a little. Go around and re-tighten the cords so the cover stays taut.
- ▪ Brush off snow after storms. Heavy wet snow adds weight. Do not let it pile up on the cover.
- ▪ Check grommets every season. If a grommet starts to tear out, reinforce it with a fender washer and a new cord before it spreads.
- ▪ Do not walk on the cover. The tarp is not a floor. Step on the frame rails, not the fabric.

If your frame is a standard 10×20 ft carport or portable garage, yes. Measure the outer dimensions of the frame and compare.
